Shipping & Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

 

RETURNS

LynSow Apparel Inc. hopes that you are very happy with your purchase. However, if you are not, you can return unopened items in the original packaging to a communicated return address within 30 days after purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. Items are non-refundable after 30 days of purchase. Only regular priced items may be refunded upon returns delivery to LynSow Apparel Inc. Sale items are non-refundable.

Please notify via email at hello@lynsowcreative.com if you wish to return a purchased item. A confirmation email along with a return address will be sent upon notice of your return. Item(s) is to be returned at your expense in original packaging.

 

REFUND

The returned item will be fully examined upon receipt of the returned item, and you will be notified via email, as to an approval for a return. If your return is approved, LynSow Apparel Inc. will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

 

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank to inquire about length of processing time for a refund to be posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact hello@lynsowcreative.com

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

The utmost care is taken in hand packaging your item(s), and is shipped using professional carriers, to ensure that your item(s) reaches you in excellent condition. Examine goods on arrival prior to signing for them. Please remove item(s) carefully from packaging as LynSow Apparel Inc. accepts no liability for any damage incurred during unpackaging.

 

LynSow Apparel Inc. reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund/replacement item(s) in the event that the item(s) is found to have suffered damage after delivery or has been misused or used other than in accordance with the instructions.

 

EXCHANGE
Only damaged or defective item(s) may be replaced. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email at hello@lynsowcreative.com and send your item(s) to communicated address upon confirmation of approved exchange.

 

SHIPPING FOR RETURNS
To return a product, please mail your item(s) back to the communicated return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live. The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. LynSow Apparel Inc. does not guarantee the receipt of your returned item

 

 

TERMS OF SERVICE

CURRENCY
All transactions are processed in $CAD (Canadian Dollars)

SHIPPING

Goods are shipped by Canada Post. Orders are dispatched within 2-5 business days (depending on the volume of orders) and shipping times are estimated at between 5-7 business days for regular post based on location within Canada (longer if you are overseas.)

All print orders take 5-7 business days because they are on a print to order basis, logo stamped, and hand signed by the artist.

U.S. customers may be subjected to additional taxes, duties, or tariffs upon delivery. Unfortunately, LynSow Apparel Inc. has no control on how these local fees are calculated or assigned. LynSow Apparel Inc. is not liable for any additional costs that may be incurred after the item has been shipped. Please consult your local post office for more information.

All shipping costs are calculated at the checkout based on weight of order and location of delivery. 

 

HOLIDAY DATES 
Final orders will be sent out on December 14th each year - orders need to be placed by December 10th 2020 to be included in this shipment.

Delivery by Christmas Day cannot be guaranteed.

Any orders placed AFTER the 10th of December will be sent out the week beginning 5th January of the next year. All orders will be processed the week beginning 5th of January.
